Lemon Cake

Ingredients

    350g Butter
    340g Sugar
    1 lemon zested
    1 lemon juiced
    5 Eggs
    375g Plain Flour
    4g baking powder
    4g baking soda

Method

    Preheat oven to 160°C
    Cream butter and sugar
    Add lemon zest, juice and eggs
    Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine
    Pour into a cake pan and bake for 45? minutes
