Lemon Cake

Ingredients

    490g Butter
    475g Sugar
    2 lemon zested
    120g lemon juiced
    7 Eggs
    525g Plain Flour
    5.6g baking powder
    5.6g baking soda

Method

    Preheat oven to 160°C
    Cream butter and sugar
    Add lemon zest, juice and eggs
    Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine
    Pour into 2 cake pans and bake for 30 minutes
