Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 490g Butter
- 475g Sugar
- 2 lemon zested
- 120g lemon juiced
- 7 Eggs
- 525g Plain Flour
- 5.6g baking powder
- 5.6g baking soda
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add lemon zest, juice and eggs
- Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine
- Pour into 2 cake pans and bake for 30 minutes
