Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 350g Butter
- 340g Sugar
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 lemon juiced
- 5 Eggs
- 375g Plain Flour
- 4g baking powder
- 4g baking soda
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add lemon zest, juice and eggs
- Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine
- Pour into a cake pan and bake for 45? minutes
