Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

    250g Butter
    350g Brown Sugar
    Vanilla Extract
    2 Eggs
    220g Plain Flour
    150g Self-Raising Flour
    30g Cocoa Powder
    400g Chocolate Chips

Method

    Preheat oven to 160°C
    Cream butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then beat in the eggs
    Sift dry ingredients into the mixture and mix well
    Stir in chocolate chips
    Place tablespoons of mixture onto lined trays and bake for 12 minutes
