Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 250g Butter
- 350g Brown Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 220g Plain Flour
- 150g Self-Raising Flour
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 400g Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then beat in the eggs
- Sift dry ingredients into the mixture and mix well
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Place tablespoons of mixture onto lined trays and bake for 12 minutes
