Ingredients
3 Cups Desiccated Coconut
375g Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Method
Combine Icing Sugar, Coconut, Condensed Milk, Lemon Juice and Vanilla in a bowl until it forms a sticky ball
Remove half of the mixuture and color that section with pink food colouring
Place the white mixuture into a lined pan and compress it to the base of the tray
Take the pink mixture and compress it on top of the white mixture
Sprinkle with extra coconut and cut into small squares
Place into the fridge for 1 hour, then remove and transfer to a container and keep it stored in the fridge
