Chocolate Coconut Brownies
Ingredients
- 125g Butter
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Melt butter in a saucepan, then add cocoa powder. Stir on low heat for 1 minute
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar
- Add the 2 eggs into the mixture beating well. Then add the Vanilla
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir till combined
- Pour into a tray and bake for 30 minutes
