Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

    250g Butter
    1.5 cups sugar
    250ml Milk
    4 shots of coffee
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    200g of milk or dark chocolate
    >400g self-raising flour
    3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
    2 eggs

Method

    Preheat oven to 170°C
    Melt butter, sugar, milk, coffee, vanilla and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat
    Whisk in flour and cocoa powder
    Whisk in eggs and transfer into 2 8in cake pan to cook for 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
