Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
Makes 2 trays
- 250g Butter
- 180g 45% Dark Chocolate
- 250g Brown Sugar
- 150g White Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 250g Plain Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 20g Cocoa Powder
- 200g Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave untill smooth
- Beat the sugar and eggs for 3 minutes or until thickened
- Combine the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture
- Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine
- Add the chocolate chips
- Pour into a tray and bake for 30 minutes
