Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

Makes 2 trays

    250g Butter
    180g 45% Dark Chocolate
    250g Brown Sugar
    150g White Sugar
    4 Eggs
    250g Plain Flour
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    20g Cocoa Powder
    200g Chocolate Chips

Method

    Preheat oven to 160°C
    Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave untill smooth
    Beat the sugar and eggs for 3 minutes or until thickened
    Combine the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture
    Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine
    Add the chocolate chips
    Pour into a tray and bake for 30 minutes
