Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 2 Green Apples
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Slice the apples into small pieces and combine with Flour, Sugar and Cinnamon
- Line a small pie dish with pastry and cut off excess
- Fill pie dish with apple mixture
- Roll out the remaining pastry and cover the top of the pie.
- Seal the pastry together and make 3 cuts in the top so hot air can escape
- Cook in oven for 20-25 minutes
