Apple Pie

Ingredients

    2 Green Apples
    2 Tablespoons Plain Flour
    2 Tablespoons Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    1 Sheet of Puff Pastry

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C
    Slice the apples into small pieces and combine with Flour, Sugar and Cinnamon
    Line a small pie dish with pastry and cut off excess
    Fill pie dish with apple mixture
    Roll out the remaining pastry and cover the top of the pie.
    Seal the pastry together and make 3 cuts in the top so hot air can escape
    Cook in oven for 20-25 minutes
