Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients

    1 Cup Plain Flour
    1 Cup Sugar
    1 Cup Rolled Oats
    1 Cup Coconut
    125g Melted Butter
    1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
    3 Tablespoons Boiling Water
    1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda

Method

    Preheat oven to 160°C
    Mix flour, sugar, oats and coconut in a bowl
    Combine boiling water and bicarb soda
    Add melted butter, golden syrup and bicarb mixture into bowl and mix
    Roll into balls and bake for 12 minutes
