Anzac Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Plain Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 125g Melted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Boiling Water
- 1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Mix flour, sugar, oats and coconut in a bowl
- Combine boiling water and bicarb soda
- Add melted butter, golden syrup and bicarb mixture into bowl and mix
- Roll into balls and bake for 12 minutes
