Almond Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups pure icing sugar
- 2 cups almond meal
- 2 egg whites
- Almond flakes
- Pure icing sugar (extra)
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C
- In a food processor, blend sugar, almond meal, and egg whites until it forms a smooth paste
- Form tablespoon size balls of mixtue and roll in almond flakes
- Dust them with icing sugar and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
