Almond Biscuits

Ingredients

    2 cups pure icing sugar
    2 cups almond meal
    2 egg whites
    Almond flakes
    Pure icing sugar (extra)

Method

    Preheat oven to 170°C
    In a food processor, blend sugar, almond meal, and egg whites until it forms a smooth paste
    Form tablespoon size balls of mixtue and roll in almond flakes
    Dust them with icing sugar and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
